Four Seasons Singers TV Debut

      ABC Channel 27 came to the clubhouse to film one of the rehearsals of our Four Seasons Singers recently.  A segment was edited and aired on the network TV news soon afterwards and this link was shared in our monthly newsletter so all could see if it was missed.
      Our retired music director/resident led the 35-strong, mixed chorus in a repertoire of various tunes.  He and his wife have formed quite a wonderful group of singers who travel to some of Lancaster County's retirement communities, sharing their enjoyment of performing their program.  Holiday and seasonal concerts are given at the clubhouse here during the year, and

      The month began with a calligraphy workshop held in the clubhouse for those who signed up. A retired art teacher resident instructed the Roman Chancery Cursive style, showing examples and enabling left-handers as well. Very fine results followed the introduction and practice, so Christmas cards and invitations can be made very special now! Glass painting had been offered the month before, for the second time, and many women are enjoying the option to try some new projects among new friends here!
      The annual Easter candy packaging for our troops took place mid-month. This is becoming an easier job for us as it has become so well organized. We bring egg cartons and plastic eggs to fill with various
