Janus is back with us once again, moving forward daily, and reminding
us of what was backwards…last year! We, at Four Seasons at Elm Tree in
Mount Joy, PA, contemplate what was accomplished well, what new things
we learned and can continue to apply. We shall bring things with us that
were most meaningful and productive. One step, one day at a time into
2024.
Our Board has proposed some new, helpful ways to better our lives here
altogether. Our tennis courts and walking paths will be upgraded well;
streets and wetlands also will receive proper attention.
Communication and Social Committees will still be keeping us up to
date, advising us of activities and interesting information, always necessary
to keep our Common Grounds and our houses safe and attractive. Our
website has an abundance of organized material for reference to
Covenants’ Committee’s Rules & Regulations, so laboriously rewritten in
2023. We have a Helping Hands list of volunteer residents, ready to aid us
as needed. There is a Classified Ads’ section where we can sell or offer
free any items we are downsizing. Our Members’ Listing always helps us
find contact information and street location; Community Calendar gives us
the monthly listing for all activities and times.
Perhaps the start of the new year is a good time to begin checking
something new to try, to volunteer to do, to attend and to be more involved
here!
