     We have a brand new pavilion next to the swimming pool! It even has electricity and lighting!

     Our over-55 community, Four Seasons at Elm Tree, has three elected board members who, along with the volunteers on the Facilities Committee, have surveyed all of us regarding the replacement of the 10-year-old pergola. Being so "user-friendly", the board then chose a good bid for a fine pavilion for us which provides shade when the summer sun shines too brightly.

     We also can reserve the barbeque grills for private poolside parties with no charge. So, it's becoming more and more fun to be a resident here and continue to enjoy special amenities.
