April Showers… …have brought warmer days, so plenty of us are outdoors planting flowers! Of course, some here at Four Seasons at Elm Tree prefer to golf more often now or ride their motorcycles! Walkers are seen more frequently passing by or taking the path at the township park. Birds’ songs and tree blossoms are very welcome after the grey winter. Activities are scheduled to fill in the extra time because our over-55 community has all the lawn mowing and garden mulching done for us! Happy Hours and Pot Luck dinners have resumed, and another DJ dance is planned for the end of the month. The new Healthy Lifestyles program continues weekly with various presenters and topics of related interest. From this, a Cancer Survivors Group was formed to encourage and help all who choose to participate. Women’s daily morning exercise complements the wellness program and now, bocce is starting to offer more Sunday evening exercise and fellowship. New landscaping will surround the swimming pool and clubhouse area, with colorful flowers highlighting the planters nearby. There are always projects in the neighborhood and those we create for our own homes. All of this enhances where we live and how much we enjoy together.
