     Who’s having more fun? Those attending the Mother’s Day brunch? …dancers at DJ Stan’s Saturday night party at the clubhouse? …some of us at Four Seasons at Elm Tree designing new plantings around our houses?

     The Merrie Month of May has brought much-desired sunshine and flowers, encouraging us to stretch ourselves outdoors more and see new life everywhere. Birds are chirping earlier, it seems, as neighbors pass by walking and biking after breakfast. Wave “hello”!

        We’re sharing grandchildren’s graduation pictures at the covered dish supper or at Bingo, and checking new local places to shop together after the monthly luncheons. Rides are offered to the polling place for the Primary Election day. The Four Seasons’ Singers, having so many of our talented friends involved, will perform their annual spring program soon.

     New neighbors will be met well at the residents’ evening to meet and greet any and all of them! An immediate welcome is brought to newcomers with our packet of quick information and contacts to help ease the efforts of organizing a new home. While considering a home here, our volunteer Four Seasons’ Ambassadors show the realtor and interested buyers our clubhouse with all its amenities as well as those outdoors. We certainly are a welcoming community!

     Pacing ourselves allows us more to do on the calendar and, now, more relaxation on the patio! Get out your seedlings or golf clubs…spring has sprung!
