Walking through Four Seasons at Elm Tree
Posted on Jun 23rd, 2015

Any season offers many opportunities to take a walk throughout this over-55 community, even as a good form of exercise.  However, the breezes of summer have given some delightful mornings and evenings to pass neighbors, stop and chat, meet their dogs, as we walk the safe streets here.
Summertime also allows us to notice the many flowers and plants designed by friends and neighbors in their front or side yards.  Distinctive decorative items also catch our eye and make us smile sometimes!

We do show our personalities even outside our houses!  Our website photos, taken by talented community residents, display many of the homes here and their seasonal decorations, especially flowers!

Of course, there is a wonderful paved walk that takes us around the new Rapho Township Park up the hill.  We can walk our dogs and see the kids enjoying the playground there as we stroll, or jog, by!

Grandchildren love the baseball and soccer fields there, too.  Or, we can go the other way, passing the pond and even cross over to The Country Store on an errand.  If we follow the path in front of Four Seasons at Elm Tree, we can go to the mini-mall and shop or have lunch!
Most walking leads to the clubhouse and the many activities and meetings held there.  Unscheduled rooms are taken for friendly card games or impromptu visits.  Right now the locker and fitness rooms are busy as adjuncts to the swimming pool and spa outside.

Walking at our leisure remains an easy, peaceful way to stay well and continue to enjoy living here.
