Coming from Philadelphia:
  • Take the PA Turnpike (I-76 W) toward Harrisburg and get off at exit 286, toward US-222/Lancaster PA.
  • Take US-222 S to US-30 W at Lancaster.
  • Follow US-30 W to PA-283 W
  • Take PA-283 W to the second Mount Joy exit (PA-772 E) and turn left toward Mount Joy
  • Travel one mile on PA-772 W to a light at Elmcrest Blvd.  Turn left onto Elmcrest Blvd.
  • Take next left onto Walden Way and arrive at Four Seasons at Elm Tree
Coming from Harrisburg:
  • Take PA-283 east toward Lancaster
  • Take the first Mount Joy exit (PA-772 W) and turn right toward Mount Joy
  • Travel one mile on PA-772 W to a light at Elmcrest Blvd.  Turn left onto Elmcrest Blvd.
  • Take next left onto Walden Way and arrive at Four Seasons at Elm Tree
Coming from Baltimore/Washington DC:
  • Take I-83 north to York, PA
  • Take US-30 east toward Lancaster, PA
  • Immediately after crossing the Susquehanna River, take exit to PA-441 N
  • Travel about 3 miles on PA-441 N and turn right onto PA-772 E
  • Follow PA-772 E through Mount Joy to a light at Elmcrest Blvd. - Turn right onto Elmcrest Blvd.
  • Take next left onto Walden Way and arrive at Four Seasons at Elm Tree
