     Ice cream, swimming pool, sunshine, and flowers! The new month of June brings so much each day! 

    Juno is the Roman goddess of marriage, among other attributes, so weddings (and their anniversaries) in June are quite popular, but dads and grads celebrate happy days as well. 

     Of course, our calendars note Flag Day and the June 20-21 summer solstice as regular occurrences. But lesser known is the wonderful full moon, the Strawberry Moon, on June 29, creating a warm-toned glow when viewed! 

     We here at Four Seasons at Elm Tree can check our monthly calendar and newsletter readily for activities and events. Ongoing movie night, book group, trivia, games, and bingo evenings will now have added seasonal fun with the salt water pool and spa opening with water aerobics weekday mornings. But our exercising continues with Pickleball, tennis and yoga. 

     Staycations are easy here since we can visit so many attractions throughout Lancaster County. Family entertainment, historic locations, theater, art and music have even more openings available in the summertime. En route, we find excellent farm markets with the freshest produce; strawberry season and then blueberries are due soon! 

     Summertime and the living is easy…but living here, we already know that!
